Local Directory Submission Guide
Your ready-to-paste business info for every directory listing — consistent NAP = better local rankings.
Your Canonical Business Info (NAP)
Use these exact values on every directory. Even small differences (e.g. "LLC" vs no "LLC", "(903)" vs "903") confuse search engines and hurt local rankings.
Before You Start — Key Tips
- NAP consistency is everything. Copy-paste from this page — never retype. One digit off in your phone number creates a conflicting citation that hurts rankings.
- Google Business Profile first. It's free, it's the most impactful, and many other directories pull data from it. Verify it before anything else.
- Use the same email for all listings so you can track and manage them. Consider a dedicated folder in your inbox for directory notifications.
- Add photos to every listing. Use your headshot, the CentsAbility logo, and a screenshot of your website. Listings with photos get significantly more clicks.
- Chambers of Commerce require membership (annual fee) but provide high-authority backlinks and referrals from other local businesses. Tyler Area Chamber is the top priority.
- After submitting, wait 2–4 weeks then search "Cents CentsAbility Consulting Tyler TX" to verify your listings are appearing correctly.
